ROWE RACING FIGHTS ITS WAY TO SECOND PLACE

IN THE FIA GT WORLD CUP

Pure thrills at the season finale in Macau! With an impressive performance, ROWE RACING and BMW M works driver Raffaele Marciello secured second place in the 2025 FIA GT World Cup in Macau. On the ultra-difficult street circuit, the team showed fighting spirit, precision and pure passion. In the end, they only had to give way to Antonio Fuoco in the Ferrari.

Starting from fourth on the second row, ROWE RACING got off to a flying start and quickly moved up to second place. The focus of the worldwide live broadcast was on the #53 BMW M4 GT3 in the new ROWE identity design, which Marciello steered flawlessly through the street circuit and never relinquished second place.

VOICES OF SUCCESS
"Second place at such a high-calibre event is a great way to round off a fantastic year. The team and drivers were perfectly prepared for this unique challenge. They worked hard over the weekend and ultimately achieved the best possible result. Raffaele Marciello knew that the starts and restarts would be crucial, and he played to his own strengths and those of the car perfectly. As a team, we are absolutely delighted with the outcome of the race and very proud that we were able to end this fantastic year with three podium finishes in a row. I would like to thank our partners ROWE and BMW M Motorsport for the trust they have placed in us throughout the season.”
Hans-Peter Naundorf
Team Principal ROWE RACING
“Our qualifying was certainly not the best. When you start from fourth place, it is always difficult to fight your way to the front. But we had a good first sector, and in the main race there was an opportunity to overtake right at the start. In the end, however, we have to admit that the Ferrari was simply too fast. I did my best, and second place was the maximum possible today.”

"This success is the result of hard work, unbridled passion and tremendous team spirit. Despite the narrow streets, we worked our way up to the front. This comeback was truly impressive, and we can be very proud of our second place. We fought hard until the last lap and defended our leading position. A podium finish in Macau is always a success – and further proof of our team's strength."
Dr. Alexandra Kohlmann
Managing Director of ROWE
"The racing year could hardly have ended better for us. This season was once again packed with emotions: joy, frustration, disappointment, jubilation! Of course, you always want to win, but sometimes even the smallest things can prevent you from reaching the top. Huge compliments to Raffaele Marciello and the entire team, who gave it their all again in Macau and were rewarded for their passion and tireless efforts with a strong second place. We can be very satisfied."

ROWE RACING - One TEAM. One Goal.

ROWE is involved in motorsport not just out of passion for the sport or for a good image, but because no test is more realistic than out on the race track. We therefore use findings from our “driving laboratory” to research new lubricants and to optimize existing formulations. With ROWE RACING, we achieve something that cannot be recreated in any laboratory in the world: the practical test under extreme conditions.

The team's main focus has always been on endurance racing, but especially on the extreme challenge of the 24-hour races. “The more difficult the situation and the greater the stress, the more ROWE RACING can shine,” says Hans-Peter Naundorf, Team Principal of ROWE RACING.
