ROWE RACING CLAIMS ANOTHER
MAJOR VICTORY AT THE NÜRBURGRING
As reigning 24h Nürburgring champions, ROWE RACING returned to the Eifel region last weekend. And as the winner of the GT World Challenge Europe Endurance Cup race, the entire team was once again celebrated at their home race on Sunday. After three hours of thrilling racing action and 71 laps, the BMW M4 GT3 EVO crossed the finish line in first place.
Already in qualifying, Augusto Farfus, Jesse Krohn, and Raffaele Marciello showed that winning the 24-hour race had given the entire crew a huge boost of confidence and secured pole position. In the main race, the trio held their own on the Grand Prix circuit in a strong field of 58 competitors. Augusto Farfus defended the lead in the first stint and handed over to Jesse Krohn. After falling back slightly in the meantime, team boss Hans-Peter Naundorf's strategy of making the second pit stop a little later than usual paid off completely. A full course yellow gave them the decisive advantage over the competition. Raffaele Marciello left the pits in the lead and confidently secured the second victory at the Nürburgring in 2025.
ROW RACING climbed to fourth place in the overall Endurance Cup standings thanks to its latest success. At the final race in Barcelona (October 10-12), the team has its sights set on a place in the top three to crown a strong season.
What the drivers say
Augusto Farfus: „The Nürburgring has been very good to us this season! One victory on the short track and one on the long track – that puts a smile on our faces. Huge compliments to ROWE RACING! We were always at the front from the first practice session onwards and rewarded ourselves with first place. Now it's time to celebrate.“
Jesse Krohn: „This is a great victory for the team at its home race and also for me. Expectations were high after our triumph in the 24-hour race, but we all did a great job together and achieved the perfect result. I will remember this victory for a long time to come. Many thanks to the entire team and to BMW M Motorsport.“
Raffaele Marciello: „It was a very good day. We were very strong and showed good pace in the race, even though we lost the lead at one point due to strategy. However, we were able to regain it. In the GT World Challenge Europe, BMW M Motorsport has not been so strong on the Nürburgring Grand Prix circuit in recent years. It's all the more satisfying to have changed that now.“

ROWE RACING - One TEAM. One Goal.
ROWE is involved in motorsport not just out of passion for the sport or for a good image, but because no test is more realistic than out on the race track. We therefore use findings from our “driving laboratory” to research new lubricants and to optimize existing formulations. With ROWE RACING, we achieve something that cannot be recreated in any laboratory in the world: the practical test under extreme conditions.
The team's main focus has always been on endurance racing, but especially on the extreme challenge of the 24-hour races. “The more difficult the situation and the greater the stress, the more ROWE RACING can shine,” says Hans-Peter Naundorf, Team Principal of ROWE RACING.
