ROWE is constantly working on further optimising radiator protection for the whole year. To ensure that you are safe on the road both in summer and winter, we have added two new HIGHTEC coolants to our existing range: ANTIFREEZE AN 12 EVO and ANTIFREEZE AN 18 LC. This now also meets not only the requirements of the latest vehicles from BMW, Volkswagen but also Deutz, Cummins and Co. Never accept compromises when selecting coolant

The answer is simple because, in order to contribute to the longevity of the engine’s service life, not only an outstanding engine oil is required for it, rather also the right coolant, which is located in the water-carrying coolant circuits of the vehicle. A good coolant must have the following properties, as this is the only way to effectively protect the engine from damage:

Corrosion tests according to ASTM D1384

aluminium, iron, steel, brass, soft solder, copper.

BEST-POSSIBLE VALUES FOR CORROSION PROTECTION

The table indicates the maximum alteration in the specific weight for each metal after two weeks of contact with a coolant. The limits of the ASTM D1384 standard indicate the maximum value in grams which a metal may increase in weight after continuous contact with a coolant. ROWE HIGHTEC ANTIFREEZE products are partially more than 100 times below this limit, which therefore speaks volumes for the highest quality of our products.
